When nothing else has worked, that is often where my work begins — finding the cause, and following you all the way to lasting relief.

The approach

Your body, understood as a whole.

Pain rarely lives only where it hurts. Osteopathy looks at how your joints, muscles and posture work together, so the treatment addresses what is really driving your symptoms.

02

Treat by hand

Precise, gentle manual techniques adapted to your body, your age and your goals.

03

Explain & follow up

Clear explanations, tailored exercises when they help, and a follow-up plan for results that last.

Reviews

In my patients’ words.

★★★★★

I went in to see Quentin experiencing a painful back from a gym injury. He determined I had a misaligned rib and spent the full 90 minute appointment (minus the consultation) working on getting it re-aligned. I was skeptical as I had never been to an osteopath before but I can happily say he FIXED ME!! In just 1 visit the pain I was in for the previous 2 weeks was gone. Amazing. I won’t hesitate to go back should the need arise.

★★★★★

Great experience with Quentin. I’m quite active in sports and had been dealing with persistent knee pain. He took the time to assess the issue carefully, explained what was causing it, and worked on it during the session. I also received useful advice to prevent it from coming back. Very professional and knowledgeable I definitely recommend him.

After an appointment with Quentin, I left feeling lighter and with lots of exercises and very clear explanations. A very interesting comprehensive check-up with excellent analysis.
